Friday Musings ALERT!

We here at Friday Musings Central owe you a huge apology!

While we were celebrating the arrival of spring, doing all those "springy" things we let an important anniversary slip through our fingers (I think it was the grease on the fries!)

Friday, April 16 was the anniversary of the opening of the first McDonalds by Roy Kroc in 1955!

Old Roy's little hamburger joint has blossomed into 30,000 restaurants in 119 countries serving 47 million customers each day.

We have keel-hauled and given "time-outs" (different strokes for different folks) to our researchers for letting you folks down.

Our abject apologies!
