French drug maker Aventis introduced a pill Sunday that prevents obesity. They say obesity is a disease.  It's believed to be transmitted from animals because millions of Americans have caught obesity from fried chicken stored in giant buckets.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention the recent passing of Reed Irvine, the founder of Accuracy in Media.   He prevailed against liberal bias in the media and the scoffers until the rest of the world woke up when they found out that Dan Blather had lied, again, and again, and CBS was so deep in the lie that they didn't have the gall to fire Rather!    Irvine died November 16 after a stroke. He was 82.
